Coaching Certification Course
- Published on Tuesday, 15 April 2014 16:43
The NBIAA has a coaching course designed to educate the teacher coach as well as the non-teacher coach who has volunteered to coach in our New Brunswick high schools.
This online course is a three hour course which will cover topics such as the Role of the High School Coach, School Sport Philosophy, NBIAA policies, school procedures, practice planning and the coach and interpersonal skills.
It is the hope of the NBIAA that all coaches of our school teams have knowledge of the basic elements of the coaching fundamentals that are needed to work with our student athletes at the high school level.
Coaches can take the course online by going to the NBIAA website – www.nbiaa-asinb.org and click the Coaches Certification image on the right side of the main page or by going directly to http://course.nbiaa-asinb.org.
